Partnering with Consumers

Bunbury Day Hospital is committed to partnering with consumers to ensure that the policies, procedures and care at Bunbury Day Hospital meet the needs of our patients, carers and other consumers.

Every patient is asked to complete a Patient Feedback Form. The feedback from these forms is reviewed and discussed at all management and staff meetings, and changes implemented as need is identified.

The day hospital also liaises with patients and carers regarding specific areas of patient care, organising focus groups and conducting follow-up phone calls.
