Feedback

We Welcome Your Feedback

The most valuable feedback about our healthcare facility comes from you, our patients. By telling us about your experience, we can continuously improve our services whilst maintaining our high standards. We give you the option to leave your feedback anonymously so that you can be open and honest about your experience. Or would you like to take a more active role in supporting Bunbury Day Hospital with planning, designing and evaluating our day hospital both now and in the future?

Whatever your level of input, our hospital will utilise the information you provide at management and staff meetings to make changes for the better because we are committed to engaging with our patients and consumers to benefit our future patients and, more broadly, Australia’s healthcare system.

Separate to feedback forms, Bunbury Day Hospital conducts focus groups and follow-up phone calls with patients and carers to discuss specific areas of patient care. This is another means of gathering valuable information to ensure our policies, procedures, and care meet, if not exceed, the needs of our patients and local community.

Whilst we take great pride in receiving positive feedback, it is most important we know if you feel your needs are not being met. If this is the case, please ask to speak with our Hospital Manager on (08) 9791 2244. Providing prompt feedback will enable us to address your concerns in a transparent and timely manner. Alternatively, you can:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the way your feedback or complaint is handled, you can contact the WA Health and Disability Services Complaints Office on
